1. Poster Presentation — Online at www.issaasthailand.com (Pending)

• The presenter must submit their information contact (name, position, email, etc.), their Poster (.pdf) and a video (.mp4) presenting the poster within 5 minutes.
• The presenting video must be in horizontal with 1080p (FHD, Full HD)
• The process of poster presentation as follows:
• The committee will upload online via issaasthailand.com
• Then the registered participants can access and view poster presentations (.pdf/.mp4), and they can also leave the question and the comment on … in order that the presenters of their poster presentation can reply to the questions and discuss on the site.

2. Oral Presentation — Online 4-5 November 2021

• The oral presentation will not take longer than 15 minutes including Q&A (Presentation 10 mins and Q&A session 5 mins)
• The presenters can download and consider the Abstract Submission Guidelines online via www.issaasthailand.com to arrange their abstract papers (.doc) before submitting the abstract when registration.
• Name your file (.doc) before upload as follows: “No. of registration Title”

3. ISSAAS Virtual Background — Download Online at www.issaasthailand.com
(Optional: attach in the Registration or in auto email after the Registration)

4. The Scientific Committee will inform list of moderators of each session

• The moderators would be distinguished Thai or foreign professors, and they can operate the task either at KU.KPS campus (Studio at Lecture Hall 3) or remotely at their place. 

If at their place, please ensure that they prepare for:

• Microphone and headphones (a headset with a microphone function is recommended. The built-in microphone in your device would also be fine)
• Webcam (The built-in webcam/camera in your device would also be fine)
• Strong Internet connection - we recommend a minimum of 2 Mbps download, and 1 Mbps upload, faster if possible. They can test their network speed here - https://www.speedtest.net

6. ISSAAS Country Chapters

• All participants must register membership of their own country chapter before registration to ISSAAS International Congress & General Meeting 2021
• As being a membership, the participants will get the Reference No. from their country chapter to register to ISSAAS International Congress & General Meeting 2021
• After registration, they can upload their abstract and also the notification emails for preparation of the next steps until the conference day.
